Update of all Grow Rooms at both locations, Fraubrunnen and Solothurn

Dear Cannerald and CannerGrow Community,

2. Update of our six recoolers with a total of 6.2 megawatts of power:
In May 2022, five of our six dry coolers, each 15 meters long, were placed on the 12-metre-high steel platform on the rear side of the building using a crane. We published this in our Cannerald Telegram-News-Channel (click) at the beginning of May.
Up until last week, one of the total of six dry coolers was still temporarily running on the ground. That one has now also been placed on the 12 meter high steel platform.
Five of the six dry coolers are already fully connected, four dry coolers are already being tested and the sixth dry cooler will finally be connected to the control system next week.

3. Update on the expansion of our final transformer station:
As already mentioned in a blog article at the beginning of February 2022 (click), we have waited for the Approval from the Federal Heavy Current Inspectorate ESTI for our final transformer station. For this reason, we submitted and received an emergency permit for a temporary solution for most of the electricity required.
We now have successfully received the building permit for the expansion of the final transformer since May 31, 2022. Since then, the construction work for the transformer station has been in full swing.

4. Communication and further negotiations with European THC distributors
A very important step towards a gold-green future.
Over the past few weeks we have had many meetings with several of the leading European THC distributors who have shown very strong interest in purchasing Cannerald GMP THC cannabis.
The talks and further negotiations were not about hundreds of kilograms, but about several tons of THC cannabis every year!
The minimum price offered to us per kilogram was 3,400.00 euros!

5. Cannerald Research and Studies
Since the GMP and THC area is in the very near future, we are already initiating and planning the first studies and research projects.
These are not only exclusively with the FOPH (Federal Office of Public Health), but also with university clinics and larger companies in the research area.

Important update on the grow starts of the respective grow rooms (21.08.2022):

Let's jump to the update of all grow rooms in Fraubrunnen and Solothurn:

Location Fraubrunnen:
Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India and Juliet (10 grow rooms):
All ten grow rooms are already in operation and stocked with plants.
Alpha, Bravo and Charlie are already in their second growing cycle this year.

Kilo, Lima, Mike, November and Oscar (5 grow rooms):
The start was previously planned and dated for the beginning of June.


Due to the content in the video, the start of cultivation in these grow rooms will be delayed by 6-8 weeks, until beginning to mid of august when we can start those grow rooms.
If we did not have the cooling units tested and calibrated for the period prescribed by the manufacturer, the entire risk of failure would be with our company and we would not receive a warranty certificate from the manufacturer.

Sector Papa (Papa, Quebec, Romeo, Sierra, Tango, Uniform, Victor, Whiskey and X-ray - 9 grow rooms):
All nine grow rooms from the sector Papa will be in operation starting mid-August to early September. As in the video above, this has to do with the testing and calibration of the cooling units.

Yankee and Zulu (2 grow rooms):
Yankee and Zulu will start with the first cultivation as previously planned and dated in Q3 2022, by mid/late September 2022.

Summary of the production in Fraubrunnen:
All of our 26 grow rooms are sold including a second mother room, a second baby room and our huge veg. Room in Fraubrunnen must be in full operation by the end of Q3 (end of September 2022).

Location Solothurn:
Sector Demeter (Demeter, Apollon, Hera and Athena - 4 grow rooms):
The Demeter sector was planned and dated for Q3 2022.
According to the latest construction status, it could work very well by the end of Q3 2022, but we are setting the date to Q4 2022 due to tests and buffers.

Poseidon (1 grow room):
Planned and dated Q4 2022 with the first cultivation.
So that there are no questions about when this grow room will finally start in early or mid-Q4 2022, we set the first cultivation and grow start to December 2022 / January 2023.

Hestia (1 grow room):
The grow room Hestia, which is currently on pre-sale, was planned and dated for the first grow start in Q2 2023. This information is current and will remain so.

❗ ➡️ Last grow room at the Solothurn location, grow room Zeus:
Grow room Zeus will be released for pre-sale within the next 24-36 hours and will be dated for the first cultivation like grow room Hestia, with Q2 2023.

Conclusion:
The complete production in Fraubrunnen will be up and running as planned by the end of Q3 2022 with all of our 26 grow rooms.
According to the latest data, the entire production in Solothurn will be in operation at the end of Q2 2023 with our 7 grow rooms.
